    SHIPPING POLICY FOR PRODUCTS

  1. Unless specifically listed on the Product detail page within the www.localvocalgroup.com website delivery charges are included in the sales price offered through LOCAL VOCAL ONLINE MARKETING .
  2. Delivery of Local Products shall be done within 2-10 working days from the date of order if delivery address is situated in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 metro cities. For other cities delivery will occur between 10-14 days.
  3. Extra Service Locations (ESS) are pincode locations that are greater than 10 Kms from one of Yours distribution depots. At this time shipments to ESS locations are considered not serviceable and are not supported by LOCAL VOCAL ONLINE MARKETING . LOCAL VOCAL ONLINE MARKETING is continually expanding the range of serviceable pincodes and you are advised to check the status of your pincode at the time of placing an Order. If you are not sure that your pincode is an ESS location or not please use the Pincode Locator service on **************.
  4. Delivery of the Ordered product shall be made between 10 AM to 6 PM for all Indian customers in serviceable locations.

  6. The products under this site are being shipped from various locations and not a central inventory; therefore two different products may not be delivered on same time.
  7. The responsibility lies with customer to check the products at the time of delivery. In case of any damage or the product is different from what was Ordered, then the customer should reject the delivery inform our Customer Care immediately.
  8. LOCAL VOCAL ONLINE MARKETING shall not be liable to refund exchange or redeliver the product if You provide incorrect or incomplete information, or recipient not reachable. If you request redelivery of the product, then You are liable to pay redelivery costs.
